The sound of The Hitchhiker is described as experimental post-rock with progressive tendencies. On February 24 the first album was released and it sees three different sections. There’s the The Giant series, a song called Oblivion, and a track called The Divine Comedy that they call a paraphrase of Lizst’s Dante Symphony and the Gregorian chant Dies Irae.
